Homenetmen Liability Waiver

ANI CHAPTER SCOUTING PROGRAM POLICIES

REGISTRATION DETAILS

I understand that registering online does not guarantee enrollment in the requested class. Placement and age requirements must be met and payment made. Scouting leadership will inform me if a class change needs to be made.
Once my child’s enrollment in the program is confirmed, I will be asked to complete a medical emergency form.
If Homentemen contacts me regarding my child’s attendance and I fail to respond in a reasonable timeframe, my enrollment may be cancelled.
Children must be able to manage independent of their parents during Sunday activities.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Registration Fees are collected in one lump sum for the program year, which runs from September to September of each calendar year.
Registration fees may be appropriately pro-rated for students starting later in the year.
All payments should be made to Homenetmen. Digital payments via PayPal or Venmo are preferred.
Homenetmen agrees to give a 30-day notice in the event of a tuition rate change.
Homenetmen does not offer credits or refunds for missed activities.

CANCELLATION/UNENROLLMENT DETAILS

I understand that I may cancel enrollment at any time. By cancelling, my child(ren) will be removed from the scouting program.
All cancelations must be written and can be submitted to MogliSouthBay@gmail.com.
In the case of unenrollment, I understand that the registration fee is not fully refundable, as purchases of certain supplies are being made specifically for my child.
All cancellations are final. To re-enroll re-register is required; in the event of a waiting list, I will be placed on the list along with other new registrations.

ATTENDANCE DETAILS

I will notify Scouting leadership of planned absences to allow the program coordinators to plan accordingly.
If Scouting Leadership contacts me regarding my child(ren)’s attendance and I fail to respond, my enrollment may be cancelled, Leadership will provide a written cancelation notice to the e-mail provided at registration.
I will update leadership of any changes in contact information or enrollment status in a timely manner.

USE OF PHOTOS

I understand that my child’s photo may be used on social media or on websites to promote Homenetmen only.
